E-GEMS are Carlson's golden gelatin gems containing concentrated natural-source vitamin E oil, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate. The vitamin E is derived from soybean oil. Synthetic vitamin E is never used.

E-Gems 400 IU help protect the body from invading microorganisms. Vitamin E (Tocopherol) assists in preventing oxidative damage to tissues‚ by neutralizing free radicals and their damaging effects. Tocopherol also helps thin the blood‚ to improve blood flow. Some studies suggest that Vitamin E prevents blood platelets from clumping‚ to clear the arteries.
Tocopherol helps facilitate blood circulation in the body‚ reinforce capillary walls‚ and improve sugar metabolism. E-Gems 400 IU may relieve clogged arteries and prevent the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL)‚ or bad cholesterol.
