Usage
Adults take 5 capsules daily with at least 8 oz of liquid. If desired, may be taken as 2 capsules in the morning, and 3 capsules at night, with at least 8 oz of liquid, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription drugs, consult a healthcare professional before use.
