Description

Carlson Mild•C® Crystals is pure Calcium Ascorbate‚ a buffered form of vitamin C. Each 1/2 teaspoonful of Mild•C Crystals contains approximately 2000 mg (2 grams) of Calcium Ascorbate. Free ascorbic acid is not present‚ so it has a mild taste.

Usage
Take one level 1/2 teaspoonful once or twice daily for dietary supplementation. Stir into juice or beverage.
