Nordic Flora Probiotic Woman from Nordic Naturals is a probiotic formula that may help to maintain healthy flora in the female reproductive system, may support digestion, immune system, bowel regularity, and may promote abdominal comfort. This formula contains 15 billion live cultures, including lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1, plus the prebiotic FOS (fructooligosaccharides.)
Trillions of bacteria, also known as gut flora, live in the gastrointestinal tract. These bacteria develop from birth and establish colonies that support the breakdown and absorption of nutrients, the removal of waste from the body, and provide support against foreign microbes or other challenges that may disrupt the normal function of the digestive system. Usage
Adults: Two capsules daily, with or before a meal, preferably in the morning, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
