Usage
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For higher dose supplementation of vitamin D, we recommend regular testing of vitamin D blood levels. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of the reach of children.
