Vitamin D3 Complete is formulated for safe, long-term daily supplementation for most individuals.*
Vitamin D3 Complete is in a natural base of medium chain triglycerides, and is encapsulated in state-of-the-art fish gelatin capsules.

Usage
Suggested Use
Adults: As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one or two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Note: For higher dose supplementation of vitamin D, we recommend regular testing of vitamin D blood levels. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or undergoing treatment for a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product.
