We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Personal customs clearance code
Here you'll find information about personal customs clearance codes, which are required for delivery to South Korea.
Personal customs clearance codes (PCCC) are used by the Korea Customs Service when handling import declarations of personal items.
These codes have the following format: P+12 digits, eg. P012345678912.
Please note that you have to apply for the personal customs clearance code before you place an order in our webshop. Purchasing without a code is likely to result in delays in customs. However, once you have been assigned a personal customs clearance code, the code can be reused for other purchases.

Shipping to Japan Yamato Express
Duties & Taxes: We do not calculate or charge any duties, taxes or VAT for international orders. It will be your responsibility to pay any such additional amounts if required. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST you verify what duties & taxes your country may levy on nutritional supplements before placing your order.
We insure most of our international shipments with a 3rd party insurer. If an international package is NOT marked as "Delivered" using tracking, we are required to wait 40 days from the ship date before we can file a lost package claim with our insurer. You agree to abide by this waiting period when shopping at Hamamall , and also to assist us in filing a loss claim by completing a simple, online loss report provided by our insurer. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by tracking, but it has not been received, this waiting period does NOT apply.
Temperature Sensitive Products
All temperature sensitive products are shipped with a cold pack and thermal envelope to help maintain product integrity during the shipping process**.
All orders with temperature sensitive products that are placed after 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday will be held and shipped on Monday (or next business day if there is a holiday) to ensure that they do not sit at a carrier's location over a weekend.
** Most temperature sensitive products do not require that they remain "Cold" during the shipping process. The ice packs are there to ensure they do not exceed room temperature during the shipping process. Most orders will arrive with melted ice packs and at room temperature. Please be sure to check with the manufacturer of the product if you have any concerns about shipping procedures.

All temperature sensitive sales are final and non-refundable.
Delivery Terms and ConditionsDelivery dates are based on estimations provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Although most orders arrive within the estimated standard shipping time, there may be exceptions due to certain circumstances that are out of our control such as, but are not limited to:
Remote shipping locations
Issues with carrier
Incorrect billing or shipping address
Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
Heavy shipping days (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas).
These are all factors that may delay a shipment.
