Description
Crown Maple Amber Syrup has the aromas and flavors of gingerbread, roasted chestnut, toffee and a hint of clove and nutmeg. The syrup has a medium-body feel with a depth of luxurious flavors. Use it to enhance the sweetness of your foods or for caramelization. Use in marinades (for chicken wings), sauces, glazes (for pork tenderloin, chicken or swordfish), robust spirits (such as Mint Julep or mapletini's), black teas and lightly roasted coffees
