DIM is a metabolite of indole-3-carbinole (I3C)‚ which is a plant indole found in broccoli‚ cauliflower‚ and other cruciferous vegetables. I3C may serve as a phytoestrogen that can bind to certain estrogen receptors; in addition‚ it may have mild antioxidant and detoxification properties. The patented BioResponse DIM® complex in every capsule of DIM® Enhanced Delivery System is up to 10 times more potent than the I3C found in food‚ while also being easier for your body to absorb.

Suggested Use
