DIM is a dietary indole that may be extracted from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli‚ Chinese cabbage‚ cauliflower and more. Studies have shown that DIM® could support and promote the metabolism of estrogen by increasing the production of 2-hydroxyestrone estrogen metabolites. These metabolites might be able to enhance healthy cell development.*
The DIM® might portray estrogen-like properties in cases where estrogen is lacking and it may block the effects of estrogen when there is an abundance. The component provided by this supplement may also help prevent an enlarged prostate and relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
