Description
Integrative Therapeutics uses man-made gamma-aminobutyric acid in its GABA supplement. It is intended to support healthy neurochemical balance and brain nerve cell function. People take GABA in hopes of supporting a sense of calm and relaxation. Unfortunately, the brain makes less of the enzyme necessary to produce GABA as we age.*

Usage
Adults: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Warning: Do not use this product unless advised by a healthcare professional if you are pregnant or nursing; if you are taking any medications or dietary supplements; or are being treated for depression, high blood pressure, blood clotting, or seizure disorders. Avoid the use of alcohol when taking GABA. Keep out of the reach of children.
