SmileDirectClub water flosser comes in 3 different modes normal, soft, and pulse. The normal mode is for normal cleaning. Soft mode is for gentle cleaning of sensitive gums. Pulse mode is for cleaning and massaging the gums. We recommend starting with the “soft” mode, but you can adjust the modes while you're using the water flosser.
