Target gb-X is a probiotic supplement specifically designed to support positive mood by influencing the gut-brain axis through the microbiome. It is powered by Ecologic BARRIER, a 5B CFU blend of 9 probiotic strains, that has been clinically shown to decrease overall cognitive reactivity to sad mood, rumination, negative thoughts, and aggressive thoughts.* Heightened cognitive reactivity to sad mood is an established risk factor for more serious mood alterations in otherwise healthy individuals, and is therefore considered an important target for interventions.
Free of the following common allergens: milk/casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten, and soybeans. No artificial additives, colors, flavorings, preservatives, sugar, or salicylates are used. Contains corn.

Usage
Dissolve the content of 1 sachet daily in water (3-4 oz.), preferably lukewarm, and stir before consumption. Take on an empty stomach in the morning, before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Suitable for children from the age of 1 year.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. When antibiotics are used, wait 2-3 hours before using this product. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or undergoing treatment for a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. Keep refrigerated and tightly capped. Keep out of the reach of children. Tamper resistant package, do not use if outer seal is missing.
